Training

‘An organisation’s ability to learn, and translate that learning into action rapidly is the ultimate competitive advantage.’

– Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric

We all know the value of training. It provides fresh knowledge and new skills, both essential for our organisations to remain competitive. However, your team members need even more than that. Your employees are looking for motivation and engagement. And training is a powerful way to deliver on those needs.

So what’s the problem?

I have many years of experience in designing and delivering training. The problem I see with training isn’t that we don’t understand its value. Instead, it’s the cost. Small businesses in particular can ill-afford either the financial outlay of many events, or the amount of time their team member must spend out of the business. As a result, training never happens and the growth impact on a business is lost.

How can we meet your need?

Business Boosts are designed to address both of these challenges. This series of workshops has been made available so that your employees and your organisation can still benefit from training without facing the restrictions of time and money.

Each workshop focuses on a single theme, designed to address the core needs in your business. These include:

  • Time Management;
  • Leadership;
  • Customer Service;
  • Assertiveness;
  • Communication skills; and,
  • Coaching.

In just two hours we will cover core principles that leave your team members better equipped to fulfil their roles in your business. And all for the incredible price of £50 per person.

We will run an in-house for a minimum of 4 people. Alternatively, your participants can join us on an open course, where they get to work and learn alongside people from other organisations. A maximum of 12 people on any course means that everyone gets the most from their laser-focused session.

Let’s talk
